SIBCA
Contracts Manager
Job Details
Job Position – Contracts Manager
Company Name – SIBCA
Location: Dubai, UAE
Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic & English
Positions: 2
This role is critical to ensuring contractual integrity, risk mitigation, and legal compliance—particularly within the construction industry. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in contract management, demonstrate sound legal judgment, and have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating? That’s my jam. Clients, vendors, random stakeholders—whoever’s at the table, I’m there making sure we get a deal that doesn’t suck for anyone (well, mostly).
- Contracts change, stuff happens. I jump in, figure out what needs fixing, and pitch the tweaks that actually make sense.
- Keeping it all consistent is key—none of that rogue doc stuff. Every paper trail matches up with our rules and whatever hoops the law wants us to jump through.
- I’m not in a silo, either. I team up with other departments, make sure operations run smooth, and keep us outta hot water legally.
- Oh, and you better believe every contract is tracked, signed, and stashed away like it’s the crown jewels. No loose ends on my watch.
Candidate Requirements:
- Gotta be fluent in Arabic and English—reading, writing, talking, the whole package.
- Need to really get commercial and contract law, especially how it plays out in construction (not just basics, the nitty-gritty stuff).
- You should’ve actually handled client contracts before. Templates, edits, tracking – you know the drill.
- Juggling a bunch of contracts at the same time? No sweat for you. Plus, you can actually explain stuff so people get it.
- Spotting legal risks and figuring out smart, business-friendly fixes is kinda your thing.
- If you’ve already worked in the UAE construction game, you’re gonna jump the line.
