Job Position – Property Handover Specialist

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end handover process of luxury properties, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll Do:

– Coordinate and execute property handovers
– Conduct detailed inspections and ensure documentation is complete
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
– Use CRM tools to track progress and report updates
– Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations

Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in real estate or property management
-Strong knowledge of handover processes & UAE/KSA regulations
-Excellent communication & client service skills
– Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo)
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
