To manage and streamline all visa, licensing, and employee documentation processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a solid background in regulatory compliance and government liaison, particularly within the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Juggle all the visa stuff, work permits, and basically any paperwork employees throw your way—yeah, the day-to-day grind. Keep an eye on those UAE labor rules and immigration laws, ‘cause nobody wants a surprise audit. Oh, and don’t forget to handle the business license renewals before someone’s banging on the door.

You’ll be chatting with all the usual suspects—MOHRE, TAMM, DHA, that whole government crew. Jump in to help with things like Pension, Nafis, and Tawteen programs too. And honestly? Make sure the company doesn’t get into hot water by staying on top of compliance and dodging unnecessary risks everywhere across the Group. No pressure, right?

Requirements:

Got a Bachelor’s in PR, Business Admin, HR, or something along those lines? Perfect. You’ll need about 3 to 5 years actually doing the work, bonus points if you’ve survived the property management jungle. If you know your way around visa processes, labor laws, and all those tricky UAE government sites—huge plus. Any PRO certifications or official training in government stuff? Even better. Oh, and you gotta speak Arabic and English like a champ. No half-baked Google Translate vibes allowed.
