Junior IT &Support ERP

Job Details

Job Title: Junior IT & ERP Support

Prime Strategy Consultants (yeah, that’s us)

Al Barsha, Dubai

Salary: AED 2,000 + accommodation and a ride to work. Not dazzling, but hey, no rent headaches.

Alright, here’s the vibe—if you just graduated or you’re still figuring out your tech groove, this gig’s a solid launchpad. You’re diving straight into real IT support, handling all kinds of stuff from PCs and printers to ERP (yup, we love our Dynamics 365 BC), and churning out reports that actually matter (not the “no one reads these” kind).

What’ll you actually do around here?
– Be the go-to hero when somebody’s PC flips out, the POS freezes, or the printer decides to be moody.
– Help folks out with ERP questions. Reporting too—mainly in Dynamics 365 BC. If you’ve poked around in an ERP before, you’re already ahead.
– Whip up sales, inventory, and ops reports. Double-check so they actually, you know, make sense.
– Lend a hand with IT shopping. Chat with vendors without falling asleep.
– Teach the team how to not break (or semi-break) the tech.

What kind of human are we after?
– You’ve got at least a diploma in IT/CompSci/that general zone.
– 1 to 2 years helping people with tech problems (or you’re fresh-outta-uni and know your way around ERP, that rocks too).
– You’re pretty slick with Excel. VLOOKUP is your friend. So are charts.
– Comfortable taking apart hardware or wrangling glitchy software.
– You can *actually* explain tech stuff without putting people to sleep. Curiosity doesn’t just kill cats—you thrive on learning new things.

Basically, if tech excites you and you’re dying to get your hands dirty, this role’s a sweet entry ticket. It’s quick, people move fast, you’ll learn loads (sometimes the hard way). Ambitious newbies, this is your scene.
