Administrative Coordinator

Job Position – Administrative Coordinator

Company Name – IHCC UAE

Location – Al Ain

IHCC UAE is urgently seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Al Ain-based projects. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Abu Dhabi administrative procedures and hands-on experience in the construction, healthcare, or engineering sectors—this is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: AED 10,000 – 13,000 (Full Package)

Relocation: Willing to relocate within the UAE as required

Candidate Status: Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered

Key Responsibilities:

– Basically, I’m the go-to person for anything admin-related, whether it’s in the office or out on site. People just show up at my desk with their problems—seriously, it never ends.
– I deal with a mountain of paperwork: permits, approvals, all that fun stuff with the likes of ADM, ADDC, Civil Defence, Municipality… you name it, I’ve probably emailed them (or called three times because someone lost my email).
– Writing up reports, fancy letters, emails—yeah, I do that in both Arabic and English. Sometimes I even translate on the fly when folks get lost in the lingo.
– My filing game? On point. Digital, old-school paper folders—whatever keeps things from vanishing into the office black hole.
– I keep an eye on all those authority submissions and permit deadlines so we don’t get slapped with fines or angry phone calls. Reminders? That’s basically my middle name.
– Booking meetings, wrangling travel plans, making sure nobody steals the last pen—yep, I handle all that. Office supply magician, at your service.
– I’m constantly in the mix with engineers, project managers, and consultants, making sure admin stuff doesn’t trip up the real work. Sometimes I feel like a traffic cop without the whistle.
– Trust me, I handle a ton of sensitive and confidential docs. Loose lips sink ships, so I keep things locked down.
– HR? Oh, I dabble—onboarding newbies, chasing down visas, tracking who’s on leave (and who’s “working from home”).
– And yeah, I make sure we don’t accidentally break UAE labour law. Paperwork, checklists, the whole shebang.

Key Requirements:

– Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience, specifically in Al Ain.
– Deep understanding of local authority procedures and approval processes in Abu Dhabi.
– Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
– Able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
– Prior experience in construction, engineering, sectors is preferred and mandatory.
