Al Bonian Facilities Management is conducting walk in interview to fill the required positions mentioned below:

• Estimation Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management
• Candidates with minimum of 5 years of experience in FM tendering & estimation.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents and project specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM projects (hard & soft services).
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations.
• Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids.
• Ensure estimates align with company pricing strategies and profit margins.
• Liaise with operations and engineering teams for project inputs and clarifications.
• Maintain updated records of pricing, suppliers, and market trends.
