Job Position –  Sr. Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead the electrical engineering team and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
•  Review and approve electrical design drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
•  Manage coordination between the electrical team, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
•  Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including MV/LV distribution, lighting, small  power, earthing, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense, and other local authority requirements.
•  Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
•  Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to quality control and HSE policies.
•  Provide input during project planning, cost estimation, and procurement stages.
• Manage preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and final project handover documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC in a senior engineering role.
•  Strong experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects in Dubai.
•  In-depth knowledge of DEWA regulations, Dubai Municipality standards, and other UAE authority requirements
