Job Position – Field Service Engineer

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Duration: 12-month extendable contract

To join their team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for an IT support professional with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in hardware and software support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote support for escalated incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and office equipment.
• Support installations, upgrades, de-installs, and repair activities on end-user devices.
• Assist in implementing approved infrastructure changes onsite and act as an extension of network, application, and system admin teams.
• Perform basic network support, including patch cable replacements.
• Conduct inventory audits and update asset tracking systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT field services, desktop support, or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to resolve issues independently and escalate when necessary.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to provide both remote and onsite support.
