Location: Concordia DMCC, Jewellery and Gemplex Complex Building 2, near Jebel Ali Metro Station, Dubai, UAE

Open Positions:

1 – AC Technician (VRF Experienced)

2 – MEP Technician

3 – Electrician

Key Requirements:

•  Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in FM operations
  
•  Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications (ITI/Diploma)
  
•  Experience in managing facilities management services within residential/commercial towers
  
•  Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
  
•  Good communication and teamwork skills
  
•  Candidates with a visit or cancelled visa are preferred
